We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the beautiful Calangute beach. We loved how close it was to everything, making it convenient for us to explore 

Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast menu was wide and good

Not much facilities besides the pool

That it was being demolished and rebuilt I liked the Omelette cooked fresh in front of you.

Cockroaches in bedroom Trance music at 100w from 10am Gym (my main reason for choosing the hotel, was being rebuilt,as were the bedrooms Shown the renovated rooms but told I must pay extra for them,or stay in the old shitty rooms on the top floor, with cockroaches under the bed.

The service was excellent. Friendly staff, quick problem resolution. Close to the beach. Good lunch/dinner selection. Nice chef. Party atmosphere for families.
